About Michael G. Eaton
Mike’s practice focuses on appeals of both civil and criminal matters, civil litigation, post- conviction litigation, and criminal defense. Mike has handled a broad range of civil matters, although much of his civil practice is devoted to construction matters, representation of school districts, Right-to-Know Law issues, and personal injury litigation. His criminal defense practice has involved representation of clients accused of both misdemeanors and felonies, including white-collar crimes.
Mike has successfully represented clients in litigation in New Hampshire state trial courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He has tried both criminal and civil cases to favorable verdicts. He has also handled dozens of appeals in both the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, involving a wide variety of legal issues, which has resulted in published opinions and favorable decisions for his clients.
