About Gregory G. Peters

Greg specializes in the defense of hospitals, physicians and nurses in medical malpractice litigation. In addition to representing medical care providers throughout the state in medical negligence cases, he also consults with hospitals and QA/RM representatives on a variety of risk management and quality assurance issues and represents physicians in matters before the New Hampshire Board of Medicine. He has given numerous presentations to physician and nursing groups across the state on medical liability and risk management issues, and to lawyers on topics involving trial practice and medical negligence litigation. Greg has received the distinction of having been named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America in the Medical Malpractice Defense- Manchester category four times in the last several years (2014, 2018, 2020, 2022).
