About Allison M. Tamposi

Allison joined the firm in 2016. Her practice has historically involved both civil litigation and school law; however, her practice is now focused on the representation of school districts. In this practice, Allison advises school districts throughout the state on a variety of issues, including federal and state special education law and general education matters. She also represents school districts in special education administrative proceedings, appeals before the State Board of Education, and litigation in both state and federal courts. Allison has lectured on numerous topics within the field of school law, including, but not limited to, Title IX, special education, Section 504 and other anti-discrimination laws, school discipline, and FERPA.

Prior to joining the firm, Allison interned at the New Hampshire Circuit Court for the Ninth Circuit- Family Division, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office, and the Concord City Prosecutor’s Office.
