About Alison M. Minutelli
Alison represents public school districts and public academies throughout New Hampshire. Her practice includes advising school districts on all aspects of the law, including but not limited to, general school law, special education and Section 504, school district/school administrative unit reorganization, policy development, student safety, discipline, the right-to-know law, school finance, tuition agreements, contracts, and constitutional issues. Alison has authored and co-authored numerous articles on a variety of topics in the field of school law, such as special education, Section 504, bullying and cyberbullying, pupil safety, access to educational records, personnel issues, and Board governance. In addition, she has lectured throughout the state on matters pertaining to school law.
