We represent clients in business transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic business alliances. We assist clients with all aspects of business transactions, including the structure of the transaction, negotiation of letters of intent, confidentiality agreements and transaction documents. We guide our business clients through the due diligence process and assist them in obtaining the consents and approvals required to consummate their transactions.

Commercial Finance

Wadleigh represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of lending transactions, including asset-based financing transactions, lease financing and equipment financing, and real estate-based financing. We assist clients in structuring the deal, negotiating terms, drafting documents, and closing.
