Before the Beginning

David Taggert graduated Harvard in 1878 and was admitted to the New Hamphire Bar in 1881. He worked with Judge David Cross until opening his own practice in 1885 in downtown Manchester, NH.

1899
1899

The Actual Beginning

David Taggert Esquire joins forces with George Bingham and create the firm, Taggert & Bingham. They move into offices at 1008 Elm Street, Room 538.

1902-1903

Taggart, Tuttle & Burroughs

As David Taggert’s partner moved on to other pursuits, he joined forces with ____ Tuttle and ___ Burroughs to create the firm Taggart, Tuttle & Burroughs. In 1903, they expand their offices to 913 Elm Street

Louis Eliot Wyman joins the firm. Wyman’s son Louis Crosby Wyman will later go on to be a promient congressman for New Hampshire.

William Wallace Wadleigh joins the firm. William was the son of Bainbridge Wadleigh, a senator for the state of New Hampshire.
